I am passionate about working with people who want to make positive changes in their lives. Changes that will enable their personal growth.

My private practice focuses on working with families, couples, children and individuals. Additionally, I provided counseling at Foothill Middle School in Walnut Creek, and facilitate parenting classes through Catholic Social Services.

Much of my work is based in the Systems approach that is centered on how each of us, as part of a broader system, has an impact on other family members.

In addition to providing individual counseling, I work with groups, where the setting allows us to work on individual issues as well as getting an understanding of what might be troubling others.
